Portabella Florentine Appetizer

Two large portabella mushroom caps, stuffed with spinach artichoke filling, topped with tomatoes and parmesan.

Salmon Florentine

Pan-seared 8 oz salmon filet, topped with a hearty spinach artichoke sauce, served with a baked potato and yellow squash and zucchini medley.

Blackened Chicken Zoodles

Pan-seared spiralized zucchini noodles, topped with alfredo sauce, Cajun styled onions, peppers, and chicken. Served with a side salad.

California Chicken Sandwich

Grilled chicken, served on a pretzel bun, with Swiss cheese, bacon, and guacamole. Choose one side.
